DA WEEKLY

Helloooo how's life going?!?!

These last couple weeks have been going by so fast!

Sooo here's some fun things that happened the last couple weeks!

-we found lots of awesome new amigos to teach! One of them is named Jorge and his son Luis! We planned to have a lesson with them and they told us that they have a friend from work who is a member of the church that they want to invite to our lesson! So we pull up to the lesson and we had to bring the elders with us because no sister from our ward could make it:( but we started teaching the restoration lesson and about halfway through 2 more people from their work come in and the man is a member but his wife wasn't! So then we continue but the lady and the other man started arguing about something and it was really awkward. The spirit was gone and we had no idea how to bring the spirit back and to keep the lesson going, but somehow we did and we continued and boy when Hermana Pringle said the first vision the spirit was so strong and they all agreed to pray about Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon!

-I got asked to run our missions Facebook page haha. It's called Utah Member Missionaries, so go follow it ;)

-we were able to film some more "hear him" videos for the Facebook page and so we got to go to Presidents house and hear everyone make their video and now I have to edit them! It was so fun!

-we have been meeting with Isaac getting him ready for his baptism! We were able to go to the temple with him and his mom to take pictures for his baptismal program!

-last pday we went to the dinosaur museum and the butterfly museum and I love that place. One of the butterfly's I held was called the Scarlett Mormon butterfly because its the only kind where the male mates with more than one female... 👀

-our district got changed a little this week, Elder Wilson got asked to be a district leader in el templo and so Elder Vega came into our district with Elder Cordes!

-this last week we met a lady named Maria and we talked about the Book of Mormon with her on the doorstep and she mentioned how she wants to come to church and asked if she could, so of course we said yes and we gave her the details! She didn't end up coming but hey we will get her next week!

Those are basically the main things from the past couple weeks! It's been fun and it's going by too fast!

Hello my favorite people!!!

We had transfers and me and Hermana Pringle are still together!!! I'm so excited, it's gonna be fun!

I honestly can never remember what happened through the week, but it's rained every single day this week and there was thunder and lightning almost everyday also. It was really weird cuz the rain only happened for like 20 minutes or so each day.

We helped our friend narrate his book to get his wife back. So basically he wrote a story to win his wife back and it's an audio book and he had us and the English elders be the character in his book!!! And yes it indeed did work, his wife loved it and she's coming back now!!!

We went on a blitz with our district in our area so that we can find more people lol. One of our many ways to find people in this area and it was only a little successful. The elders found 2 people.

We had some awesome lessons with our friend Ray and then he moved to West Jordan so that's super sad.

Today for 4th of July we had a sisters activity with our mission Presidents wife and her sister in law. We did some Zumba and high fitness and it was funnn. Then we went to lunch with the district and then for dinner we went to a BBQ!
